Payment

Trail Sports does not charge a deposit; however, Trail Sports invoices schools prior to their visit. This is due to an increase in groups arriving with less students than originally planned for.

An invoice is based on the completed participant list, or, if the list is not completed by its deadline, the invoice is based on the original group size of the reservation.

Weather Cancellation Policy

Trail Sports strives not to cancel lessons/programs due to weather. Should weather conditions be unsafe or long-lasting (for example, thunder and lightning, or air quality), then Trail Sports reserves the right to cancel lessons/programs. Every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson/program; if this is not possible, a refund for a missed lesson/program time will be issued. Participants will only be notified if a lesson is cancelled. Trail Sports does not issue refunds for absent students.
