Back by popular demand! An extension of the spring series. Ride all season long with a group of awesome women. Fitness and fun with instruction on the trail. Includes a review of the fundamentals of mountain biking, and progresses to a specific weekly focus like cornering. Riders must be confident on green single track and ready to try more challenging trails.
Wednesday Evenings, 6pm-7:30pm
1.5 hours per session (12 hours total)

Learn fundamental progressions to get wheels off the ground in a comfortable and encouraging setting.

New to single-track trails, learn the fundamentals of mountain biking and be introduced to riding the trails at the Canmore Nordic Centre.
1.5-hr morning lesson, 30-min break, 1.5-hr guided ride.
